Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah for granting us a fulfilling year of 2012. I would like to take this opportunity to humbly apologize to my beloved family, friends & acquaintances for mistakes that I've done, words that hurt feelings & unpleasant behaviour. Let's just wish that 2013 will bring more barakah to all of us. May our future always be blessed, bloom with happiness, joy & success. Aameen...

And on this auspicious date, I would like to conclude this blog with our final proposed plan that we have prepared and submitted  in 2 pieces of mounted A1 hard copies.

 

Projek ini dijangka menelan belanja sejumlah RM956,000 dari peringkat kerja-kerja preliminary hinggalah ke peringkat pembinaan sebenar, termasuk fees, charges and taxes. Walau bagaimanapun, Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan dijangka akan mendapat pulangan dari pembangunan ini melalui langkah-langkah berikut :

• Bayaran balik kerja-kerja mengecat bangunan dan mural wall designing yang dicaj terus dalam bayaran cukai taksiran secara ansuran mudah;
• Sewaan outdoor cafe dan gerai kecil;
• Penswastaan tempat letak kereta kepada concessionnaire;
• Sewaan tapak gerai uptown di waktu malam pada kadar harian/bulanan;

Manfaat-manfaat lain pula termasuklah :

• Kawasan yang lebih menarik, ceria dan indah;
• Aktiviti yang lebih vibrant and lively;
• Imej bandar yang lebih baik dan welcoming;
• Kawasan yang lebih selamat di waktu siang dan malam;
• Pembangunan yang lebih lestari dan "hijau".
